JOB LOSS MORTGAGE PROTECTION

Partners in Charity has initiated a program to protect homeowners in the event that they should lose their job. Nothing is more stressful than the threat of foreclosure because there is not enough money to pay the mortgage. Partners in Charity has addressed this potential problem with the Job Loss Mortgage Payment Protection Plan.

Overview

The Job Loss Mortgage Payment Protection Plan will provide up to six (6) months of mortgage payments if the borrower becomes involuntarily unemployed during the first year from date of your home loan. This protection covers worst-case scenarios such as layoffs, downsizing, plant closings. The Plan helps you to get through a difficult economic period. It safeguards your most valuable possession – your home. And, just as importantly, it helps ease the tension and stress associated with job loss. It turns a potential crisis into a manageable situation. It’s the ultimate financial safety-net for you and your family.

The Job Loss Mortgage Payment Protection Plan*…

• Pays up to 6 Months of Mortgage Payments for Involuntary Unemployment during first year
• Provides Coverage up to $1000 per month during first year
from date of home loan for involuntary job loss

Eligibility Requirements*

• Borrower must be employed full time (minimum of 30
hours per week) at time of finance contract
* Borrower cannot be self-employed, retired, an independent contractor, or active military); no seasonal work
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 66
• Must be a resident of one of the 48 contiguous states, Alaska or the
District of Columbia
