PIC gives the down payment to the buyer on single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, modulars and 1-4 unit properties, as well as rehabilitation programs such as 203 (k). If your lender allows participation by a nonprofit organization, we make the gift available to your buyer.

Introduce the PIC program to your buyers and Realtors. If you’re working with Realtors show them the advantages of selling their home using the PIC program.
